　　We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

　　In this role, you will:

　　-To perform daily work of vendor payment, staff reimbursment and fixed asset operation workflow management that falling into Accounts Payable

　　-To support supervior for suspense Accounts Payable/A Receivable aging regular review

　　-To assist in functional project/initiatives roll out locally, i.e. e-expense

　　-To prepare cost recovery work under SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and settle monthly APH overseas recovery cost centre report

　　-To answer enquires from internal customer and external vendor related To the payments

　　-To well understand and comply with relevant procedure and regulatory requirements

　　-To provide cross support and relieve co-work if necessary

　　Qualifications

　　To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

　　-Bachelor degree or above, preferential to finance/accounting related field

　　-Strong sense of responsibility

　　-Strong communication skill and able to work under pressure

　　-Good computer knowledge

　　-Fluent in written and spoken English
