　　Location: Shanghai

　　Grade: GCB8

　　Job Duties:

　　- Monitor business performance of Multi-channel performance management, e.g. Contact Cener Service and Sales and Virtual Relationship Manager performance management

　　- Monitor business performance of Advance Manager performance management

　　- Activity Management (CRMS)

　　- AUM Growth Management

　　- Identify the drivers for product sales performance

　　- Monitor the performance of these drivers

　　- Take initiatives to drive these drivers

　　- Monitor the performance of different performers

　　Job Requirement:

　　1. Bachelor or above education background.

　　2. 0-2 year working experience, the work experience of Banking, Financial Consulting or Audit is preferred.

　　3. Self motivated, independent, well organized and good team worker.

　　4. Solid IT knowledge, such as Excel and Database

　　5. Good presentation skills required.

　　6. Fluent in English and Mandarin
